Your information is collected when you request information from us, contact us (and vice versa), make a booking, use our website, link to or from our website, connect with us via social media and any other engagement we have with you.
If we need any other personal details, we will tell you before we obtain them from you.

We need to pass on your personal details to the companies and organisations who need to know them so that your trip can be provided (for example your hotel, other suppliers, credit or debit card company or bank). Such companies and organisations may be outside the European Union, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein if your trip is to take place or involves suppliers outside these countries.

From time-to-time, our staff and/or our customers may take photographs and video footage of trips in progress, including pictures of our customers. These pictures may be used in future marketing materials and/or posted on our social media sites. If you do not wish for to be filmed or for your pictures to be taken or used in this manner, please advise your Tour Leader and/or the photographer at the start of your trip.
We would also like to store and use your personal details for future marketing, trip review purposes (for example, sending you details of new features, trips or special offers which we think may be of interest to you, including by email). All details you give us in connection with your booking will be kept by us but we will use only names and contact details for marketing purposes (unless you have indicated that you do not wish us to do so).
If you sign up to our email newsletter we will always give you the opportunity to subsequently unsubscribe.
We take all reasonable steps and have in place appropriate security measures to protect your information.
When you book your holiday online, we use the latest secure server software (SSL) which encrypts your credit card details before it is sent. Furthermore, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us to prevent unauthorised access. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online and you do so at your own risk. You acknowledge that you are aware of security and privacy limitations inherent to the internet environment.
Lupine Travel has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
